GENERAL TERMS

This is the under agreement of the General Terms and Conditions of MORE is LOVE.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Georgia, without any reference to conflict-of-laws principles.

PAYMENT METHOD

For all but consumer purchases, we accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, the invoice.

If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account and will be redeemed against following orders.

If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the exceeded amount must be paid by credit card or invoice.

LIMITATIONS

More is LOVE Gift Cards expiration date is in 365 days after it was issued.

Gift Cards are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, or resold.

Gift Cards may not be returned. If you return products you have purchased using Gift Card, the amount of money equal to the cost of product will be returned to your gift card account.

USAGE

The Gift Card and promo codes will be emailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and the payment transferred to MORE is LOVE bank account.

RISK OF LOSS

MORE is LOVE is not responsible for the loss delivery, sending Gift Card to an incorrect email address, or used without permission.

FRAUD

MORE is LOVE will have all the discretion to cancel the Gift Card if a fraud is detected to make purchases with Gift Card on www.moreislove.com.

SHIPPING

Shipping is applicable on any products purchased with the Gift Card.
