Q: What are the payment methods?

Q: What are the terms of returning the product?

A. If you do decided to return an item, please the following procedures.

With your parcel you will receive invoice and the return form.

On the return form please tick the reason for return applied to you, and send the parcel back only by post to the address indicated in the return form.

Customer would have to cover the postage of an item. Please always inform us before sending the parcel in on the following address: [email protected].

Once we have received your returned parcel, you will receive confirmation by mail and money will be refunded to you (excluding shipping cost) in 10 working days after receiving the parcel.

Q: Can I return the product?

A. More is Love will always provide an excellent quality products for customers.

If for any reason customer wants to return an item, they are welcome to do so for the duration of 3 working days (7 working days for international orders) after receiving an item.

Conditions: Item has to be returned in the same condition as received, it is compulsory to keep the tag on.

If the tag is missing, item is worn or damaged by customer More is Love will not accept the product back.


Q: When should I expect my order to be received?

A. All orders will be processed and shipped after receiving the payment in 1-3 working days within Georgia.

All international orders will be processed and shipped after receiving the payment in 7-14 working days.
